How I Work

I’m a design leader and mentor who believes that people do their best work when they feel psychologically safe, supported, heard, and have agency over their contributions. I know what it takes to build a design team from scratch and the infrastructure that supports their success. Understanding how a team works together as well as what each individual needs is one of my biggest strengths.

I have expert knowledge of the end-to-end product design process. As a former Product Owner, I am uniquely suited to think strategically, break down work, generate a project plan, execute against that plan, and clearly communicate with expertly compelling storytelling. I have a proven track record of designing and shipping successful digital design experiences.
